Classic Strawberry Banana Smoothie
2 Cups Strawberries (Frozen or Fresh)
3/4 Cup Vanilla Yogurt
Add your ingredients to the blender, and mix them all until smooth. When using frozen strawberries, this will act like ice cubes and help to give your smoothie an extra thick and frothy mixture. Pour into a fun glass and serve with a straw.
Blueberry Blast-off Smoothie
1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
1/2 Cup Vanilla Yogurt
1/2 Cup Milk
2 Tablespoons of Honey
Add your ingredients to the blender, and mix them all until smooth. As you’re using milk in this recipe, it’s a better idea to use frozen blueberries. You can always freeze some fresh blueberries before making it so that you don’t need to add ice for that frothy consistency. Pour into a fun glass, and serve with a straw.
Berry Secret Smoothie
2 Cups Frozen Berries (Your Choice)
1 Cup Baby Spinach Leaves

If you haven’t guessed it, spinach is the secret ingredient for your smoothie. Be sure to rinse your spinach leaves before adding them to the blender. Add your ingredients to the blender, and blend them until smooth. You can use whatever berries your family enjoys, and if you don’t need to hide the taste of spinach, you can add another cup. Pour and serve with a straw.
You can add healthy additions to these smoothie recipes, such as chia seeds or cinnamon, and often, your kids won’t even notice them.
If you do opt for fresh fruits, and you find that your smoothies aren’t frothy enough for you, add one or two ice cubes to the recipe.
